Hotel Madanpura

We are developing a 40-room hotel in Madanpura, Varanasi, for Mr. Reyaz, Director of Rana Sarees, with whom we have an established professional relationship and have undertaken multiple projects. The hotel is planned across 5 floors, with 8 rooms on each floor, creating a well-organised and efficient hospitality development. The project is being approached with a focus on creating a comfortable guest experience while making effective use of the available space. Each floor is planned around a consistent room configuration, allowing the hotel to maintain operational efficiency while providing guests with a comfortable and well-designed stay. Located in Madanpura, the project also carries the advantage of being situated within an established and culturally significant part of Varanasi. The design is intended to give the property its own distinctive identity while remaining appropriate to its urban context. From planning and architectural design through execution, our involvement reflects the same integrated approach we bring to our projects—working closely with the client to translate their requirements into a practical, well-executed development.
