La Grandeur, located at Durgakund, Varanasi, beside Mysteria Café, is a 72-room luxury hotel developed for the RZ family of Madanpura. The project was envisioned as a landmark hospitality destination for the area, combining a grand architectural expression with a refined luxury experience. The hotel follows a Classical Luxury theme, drawing on timeless architectural elements and proportions while maintaining a sophisticated contemporary hospitality environment. One of its defining features is the double-height entrance, designed to create a dramatic sense of arrival and establish the premium character of the property from the moment guests enter. With 72 rooms, the project brings substantial hospitality capacity to the location while maintaining a strong focus on luxury and architectural presence. The scale, design language, and overall positioning make La Grandeur a prominent project in its immediate surroundings.
